"Tabata Something Else" - Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pullup - 12 x 9 x 9 x 10 x 9 x 9 x 9 x 9 = 76
Pushup - 19 x 15 x 11 x 10 x 10 x 10 x 9.5 x 7.5 = 92
Situp - 16 x 17 x 15 x 16 x 14 x 13 x 14 x 14 = 119
Squat - 17 x 17 x 16 x 16 x 16 x 16 x 16 x 19.5 = 133.5

Total = 420.5

Pullups became "jump" pullups, Pushups became "chick" pushups, and situps were with anchored feet.
