you're already so close it seems like if you just took the test a couple of times you could get it in a day or two..

or you could do like
3 rounds for time
max push ups
run 300m
rest 2/3 mins in...

unless you have shoulder problems aggravated by bench, I wouldn't drop it. It's a great exercise and has a lot more carryover than you think to other upper body endeavors

front squatting a lot will help leaps and bounds, you could try including using the empty bar to stretch your wrists closer and closer to that perfect rack position in your warm up.

me and my friends have been doing a weekly Linda on mondays, and every week we steadily increase the weight and I've seen good gains in strength just from this simple addition to my training

did chest this morning, it's indulgence, and it's amazing.

tonight 3x5 snatch grip dl at 65% so 215lbs then 3x5 pistols per leg, I can actually do these unassisted now and I haven't even practiced...

yesterday did 3x5 clean with 135,155,165 need to work on these more.
then 3x5 press with 135 felt good
for the wod I did 3rounds: 5min AMRAP, 2min rest of 10 pullups and 15 squats
got 17 rounds and 2...
