Chest to bar is unneccesary. Get the bottom of your chin to the bar and restart your rip. Most people pulling up their chest to the bar will end up hyperextending their back to do so too.. not a good...

This is way off the mark Alex. Lifting weights doesn't mean you're a bodybuilder, you do know the most conditioned and fittest athletes in the world lift weights, and they're defo not bodybuilders.

Like everything, there is probably some truth to what he says, and definitely some inflated claims to help sell the product. Having said that, coffee with two tablespoons coconut oil - yum.

Meat probably does have harmful effects, just as it has beneficial effects to our health.. eat organic where possible, don't eat meat every second of the day, and don't worry about it..

Amaaazing taste - I don't go for artifical flavourings etc though. I use reflex natural whey. very subtle taste, but natural flavouring and has probiotics in it

Fish oils are great but from what I've read you have to really megadose it to have an effect - I think something like 3.6g IIRC

I would not use any NSAID for prolonged periods of time - short bursts at best. They can seriously damage the lining of your stomach and cause ulcers, so be very careful, and always take with some...
