We share a bar, but you're allowed to change the weights during the break. I definitely like the idea of doing an extra 1kg and changing the rep range to 21 or something...

It's not coming off rapidly and I'm only really basing this on how I look in the mirror / how my clothes fit me. It's pretty gradual tbh although I might start introducing casein at night time...
