Thanks Aaron. Just to clarify - you are saying to deadlift in some form everyday (7 days a week) for 10 - 12 reps?

Thanks for your reply. I really haven't talked to many medical professionals this go-round. Whenever I go to the chiropractor, they just adjust me and tell me to be careful.

I say "delayed"...

Yes, put mats under your rig. Get a T-Square, some chalk, and a box knife and you can make them fit perfectly.
