HELP! GF has carpal tunnel, need advice

Hi all, my gf has carpal tunnel in her wrists. Thus, she is unable to do many of the crossfit exercises. I'm wondering if anyone could recommend any exercises for people who have cts to do in the gym...

ICE ICE ICE! People forget this is an awesome way to reduce swelling and soreness and it's cheap for college students like me! Oh yeah...and stretch after every workout even if you're about to pass...

WOW....I knew crossfit helped endurance and stamina quite a bit but never in my wildest dreams did I picture myself being able to run a sub-6 mile. I got 5:43, can't wait to try it again! Thanks cf!
