Twitchy Calves
What's the deal with twitchy calves, and to a lesser extent, quads?
I've had an EMG done which was done because a physiatrist noticed the twitching, but he didn't find anything wrong.

My issue is too complicated to go into all over again. Upper and lower legs feel misaligned, at least that lines up with the symptoms as far as I can tell, and no doctor or PT in this country cares...
