Twitchy Calves
What's the deal with twitchy calves, and to a lesser extent, quads?

Foam Roll Alternative for Travel
Any idea? I'm traveling in a few days, and prefer to travel with carry-on only.
I have a shorter foam roll, but it's still a bit too large.
Anyone have any ideas for alternatives that take up...

Found a doctor to help me, but
The problem is, they're far enough away that I'd have to buy a plane ticket, get a hotel room for 1-2 nights and probably pay for the entire cost of the treatment out of pocket. So I figure I'm...

Re: Recovery from broken collarbone
In college I broke a friend's collarbone. I'm kind of proud of it. I don't remember his timeline, but 6 weeks seems quick. AND he re-broke it.

Re: How to get in contact with Dr. Gavid Dejour
