Is there like a rule of thumb?

You can roast cored fruit whole, you can't roast citrus fruit? (As an example, I just made that rule up.)

The best way of doing squats in my new gym is unfortauntely in one of those squat machines, which have bars which can only move in the vertical. You spin the bar to catch it on the teeth...
