Steven - Two more questions.

What do you consider "longer" aerobic runs?

And if someone achieved ALL of your level 3 standards how effective of a crossfitter do you think they would be?

I'm with you to a certain extent. I agree that training a weakness does not make a program suddenly not crossfit.

To me it's coming to more of a point where I agree with crossfit the philosophy,...

Just spit balling here so excuse my ramblings.

I'm starting to feel like as crossfit becomes more of a "sport" there are really two crossfits.

There's the crossfit that is for general fitness...
