I keep getting Adductor pain when rowing...Am i doing something wrong (form wise) or what else could it be?

What is the correct way to do this?

-Do you keep increasing the weight til you hit 1rm,,etc?

if your goal is to look good (shredded body), I think Gym Jones would be the preferred way...this is my opinion

well he did bulk at 5k and then cut at 2,500 cal. for 11 months 1-2 hrs in the gym I'm sure he could pull it off

when I try to roll my wrist is a circular motion they click and pop...is this good or bad?

I tried some hang cleans today but just could get my wrist back in the position I see others doing it.

-Having trouble opening my hand letting the bar roll to my fingers. Anyone know the best way...

Mark Twight worked actors in movies such as 300, Man of steel and the new 300 coming out. So he's doing something right...but it's like $50...
