I'd suggest checking out some Pearl Jam if you're interested in music that Rocks, but isn't racist or sexist, even going so far as to write songs about how wrong violence...

I suppose it depends on where you get stationed...

I suppose it depends on where you get stationed up there, but I've had no problem here in Kuwait continuing with Crossfit. Check out the FAQ for substitutions on things like rope climbs, kettlebells...
