Ask yourself what needs true recovery time in that sequences. Nothing. The snatch, muscle ups and clean & jerk will not be heavy enough to require anything more...

Compare your results to the top 20 masters athletes in your age group.

Determine your weaknesses.

Design program to strengthen weakness as fast as recovery...
