And, this is why I question some of the membership fees that are being charged when so many affiliates are posting one WOD for all members.

SCALING is not the same as INDIVIDUALIZING.

Well, I would argue that at some point, scaling a mainsite WOD might not be the best way for those "wannabes" to achieve their goals. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean it is the BEST way...

Hardly.

I'm a competitive weightlifter who is weak, slow, and inflexible. The only way I have gotten where I am is out of determination and spite.

CrossFit can't turn a lazy person into a hard...

It's really simple.

It doesn't matter what the sport is.

CrossFit isn't magic.

Not everyone is a winner, and CrossFit cannot make you a winner.
