Master Qual.

Friday- long warm up. Decided to do the thruster rope climb. My left leg was not feeling so hot. A bunch of mobile, floss, hip circle etc to get it back in to place.

Pre workout kicking in......

Wed did some recovery rowing. 2800 meters. I am about 8k behind. Have not been keeping up with the numbers.

Good warm up. Had my daughter from LA working out. Good to see her.

Monday- Did some ghd and glute ham's at work about 30/20. Then the normal warm up at the Dark Side. Was a lively bunch last night. So many pr's.

Thank you Alex. Anyone can do the workouts. They can treat it like a comp and see how the body reacts to the stress of 5 days and 4 workouts.

Went to chill on the hill top deck and stretch.

Thursday- some abs on the ghd. Pre warm up at the office.

Tuesday- did some ghd work during the day. Hamstring cramped during a stretch. Wow that hurt. So I took it easy on the glute ham raises.


Usual warm up half at work and the other half in the gym....

Friday- warm up normal warmed up hammies. Also have a ghd in the shop. So did about 50/50 regular and glute ham raises.

Friday- regular warm up-
Some clean and jerk practice. Not the bast form and was really heavy up to 205#

10 min 5 rounds of 200 meter rows rest the remainder of time. Around :41-:43 seconds each....

Check on power clean - 45-215# light weights were very good. Over 200 was not that special.

Some shoulder to over head work.
