Re: Rubberized weight plates?

I recently purchased a set of Troy bumpers from barbellking. Far and away the best deal I've come across and, for all intents and purposes, seem pretty comparable to the big name brands equipment...

Re: anyone home at kettlebell king?

I'm looking to order a set of bumpers soon. Have called a couple of times to ask questions and they've always answered the phone. Last time, I spoke to the owner, Bert. Seemed very nice.

Perhaps...

Re: GP Industries Bumper Plates

I suppose I should take it as a sign that 120+ crossfitters have looked at my post and NO ONE seems to have any knowledge of GP bumpers??

Anyone have any experience? Looking to outfit a low-cost home gym to compliment my box sessions.

Someone is selling older GP Industries bumperplates locally @ 70 cents/lb.

Can't find much...

Re: Help! Proper Dieting in a single crossfitter household

I'm in the same boat and have found that it's not generally too difficult to juggle both. Yes, I do often make my own meals. However, when either my wife or I cook for both of us, especially for...

Best Snack When in a Pickle??

I've run into this situation a couple times since going strict paleo: I forget my food at home or find myself somewhere where I don't have any of my own food, and no grocery, nearby. Only...

Re: Newbie to Boards and CrossFit

I couldn't agree more with this advice. I'm about your size Daire (a little bit bigger) and two weeks into strict Paleo I dropped 17 pounds.
