Thanks for all the great info. We'll make sure to pay special attention to neck positioning and take it easy. If it continues then I think taking a month off may be a good idea.

The Dick's near me is selling "GoFit" kettlebells that have a rubber coating that ranges in color from hot pink to neon green. Also the price they charge isn't that much better than what you can find...

You can always have a mixed drink on the side and just fill the cups with water. The main reason for the beer in the cups, besides to drink, is to give the cup some weight so it doesn't tip easily....

Also KBs are far superior for us Americans because the metric system tricks us into thinking...

I'd have to agree with everyone else and say work on skills. There's enough for me to improve on that I'm never at a loss to work on something.
