Thursday active recovery or so I thought-
Warm up with a little class stretching and games.

3 rounds of 4 min cal row and 4 min rest with 10 strict pull ups and 10 strict dips.

80 cal each time....

15 bar facing burps
10 clean and jerks 165#
12:30 ish.

Only intensity was the last set of 10. 3 un broken to start then faster...

OHS 2 sec pause on bottom + 1 OHS- have not done these in a long time. Knee was feeling a little bit of pain.

Saturday- went to cheer on our 8 teams at the Reindeer Games. Rowed my 2800 meter and stretched a bit.

Sunday- Grunt work.

I feel that if they put running in the open (which they really can't) and or Regionals and more Games and let it be known that a 5k was going to be in. I feel that the times would go down...

Wed- productive day in the gym- rowed 5.6k meters. Various speeds but faster than usual.

Warm up hamstrings and clean-
6 sets of 3 reps power clean- 70% or 175# completed felt good.

Truck is down so got a ride from the little woman.

Warm up and row- 100's for accuracy. Mostly did 1 meter close and a few right on. 1:55...

Monday- caught up with rowing. Some good 500 meter efforts.

Push press- Got 185x5 then things went down hill. 215 was super heavy. Not the day. Still sick a bit.
