I would say Games athlete would be similar to perhaps a world regional Olympic Lifting meet.

What are your Personal Bests, and (assuming you've lost some strength) what are your current lifts in DL, BS, BP,...

We've been having a bit of a discussion among CF friends and such, regarding where the line might be drawn on the pursuit of quality movement patterns.

Managed to acquire a bunch of barbells for next to nothing, they are in acceptable condition, and although not to IWF standards, are of acceptable specifications.

However, their weights are all over...

It's important to realise that many small companies do not take into account all real costs, and so tend to not run at a "REAL" profit, very typical in low cost of entry markets...

My concern is this has been posted by most major newspapers around the world.

I imagine the 2 russells will be right on it.

Again my inital reading is that the programming wasn't crossfit at all....

Hey Rick,

The 20-10-5 surffice from a cost point of view.

15 and 25 tends to be unneceeasry.

And any extra 20s can be iorn as long as they are of smaller diametre then the bumpers (400mm)
