Today I row'd 400M Did some lunges then practiced my C2B Pull-ups, Worked on Thrusters, got 1 rep @ 125lb, new PR. Thrusters @100lb will be tuff...

Did 18.4 RX today. Only got 21 DL @ 225lb. I just could get even 1 HSPU and I've done one before.... Did better on the DL then I thought I would.
