The difference that 1o pounds makes in terms of both strength and mass is huge. I honestly wouldn't want to go much higher, I'd start to get overly bulky and lose my HSPU, pullup, static hold etc. numbers. I think between 175 and 180 is an excellent weight for a balanced athlete at 5'11".
