I've put on 15+ pounds in a month by drinking milk.
A gallon of a milk a day.
3-4 meals a day...
4-5 eggs for breakfast.
Keep it relatively clean. No need to eat crap to gain weight.
I haven't noticed a lot of fat. Certainly I lost definition around the middle the first week, but I don't believe I'm just gaining lard. I was 6'0 145 when I started, currently 162-3.
