Monday- easy :40 second l-sit. Going to also do some 165+ bpm Echo. Set echo on 133-163 low and high. Went about 7 min and did 100 cal. Went from 133 up to 163 then pedaled slow till it went down to 133. 4 sets. I am not in good enough shape for the echo to stay at 163 for any length of time. I'm going to find a good endurance pace that hits 150 for some time trials.
I need to find out my max.
