List of CrossFit Workouts
I figured I would put this on here. This is what I go off of to determine the workout each day. I have a routine that list a combination of Ms, Gs, and Ws for each day. Then I go that that special combination and pick a workout from it. It keeps me from picking and choosing. It has worked pretty well. I was going to see if some of you might download this and post it again with you own affiliate workouts for all to see. The one problem I had was making sure the workout was not too easy, and on the flip side, making sure it did not take 5 hours to complete.
