wow, with shoes on too, impressive. im 5'11'' 150lbs, and have been training planche and other gymnastics strength holds since about july, so roughly 6 months. my straddle planche is finally coming around, but im not at that level yet.
in short, i dont think anyone needs to drastically alter their body size to get certain strength holds, as long as you have very little fat. but, this is just my opinion.
