I did CrossFit Football Total on the first, and achieved a new 1RM on the deadlift: 455 pounds. 45 pounds away from my goal, which definitely seems achievable in the time I have left. Westside Method for the win!

Just pulled 605 at 233 last week with a belt and knee wraps. Had more in the tank for sure *say 15lbs or so" but missed 635 at my knees.

I just ran across this on youtube... guy pulling 500lbs x 10 reps at bodyweight 125lbs
at 1:10http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUnkQYwvgWY (NOT WFS Language) Not the cleanest reps, but pretty impressive nevertheless. |

335lb @ 160lb bodyweight. Hoping to reach 400lb by the end of the year.

375lb at 173lb yesterday, also have a goal to reach 400lb in the next few months!!
