50kg 60kg 75kg 80kg 85kg 75kgx3x2 Power Clean x3 80kg 80kg 80kg Snatch grip deadlift x5 80kg 90kg 100kg Straight Leg deadlift x5 100kg 105kg 110kg 115kg 4rds (goal was unbroken) 15 kb swings 1.5pd 20 topside half moons 1pd kb first 3 straight, needed to rest 15 seconds during last half moons, which were brutal Snatches felt great, haven't done heavy triples in a long time. Enjoying get oly work in as a part time thing, its probably more sustainable this way. |
