Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

I'm already improving

Hi all: Well, i've been doing Crossfit officially for 2 weeks and here are my improvements:

-I increased my deadlift from 15 to 65 pounds
-I'm able to do regular jump rope now, not the kind where you stop (double bounce)between each one. No double unders yet but I think I'll get there.
-I'm not completely dead at the end of workouts like I was at the very beginning.

Just thought I'd brag just a bit

Oh and I did the WOD yesterday (Nutts) in less than the 30 min allotted
