Newbie to the group from Il

Hey everyone i am new to this forum. My name is Krystal i live in northern il. In 2011 I weighed 198 the highest i have ever weighed. I started to work out and have lost about 61lbs with just watching what i eat controlling portions and working out. I work at a local ymca and teach ZUMBAŽ and just got certified as an ACE-personal trainer. I have always been so intrigued with crossfit but had questions. I watch lots of stories from people and feel like i am in love with it before fully even trying it. I went to a local box to check it out and the coach was so nice but only one other person came to talk to me. I want to start at home and i have been working with someone teaching me Olympic lifts. My goal is to get my body fat down to about 20%. I am a bit obsessive about fitness and can be competitive so i think this will fit well for me. I am very excited to meet others and learn more about crossfit. I was going to do some things at my local gym but would have to use our personal training studio just so i don't have to wait for equipment. Sorry long intro and rambling Happy to be here

Welcome! Having someone help you get comfortable and confident with your Oly lifts is a great start. Once you take the plunge and just start going, I think you'll really enjoy it.
