Hello All

I have been doing Cross fit for two months and stalking these boards much longer. It was love at first WOD for me.

A little about me; I am 27 6'1'' and 230. I was in excellent shape while in the military then once I got out became extremely stagnant in life. I went quickly gained 50 lbs and could barely make it a mile without thinking I was going to pass out.

In my two months of CF I have set three PRs, clean and jerk, push press and pullups. I hacve lost 15 lbs so far and just began eating 80/20 paleo and feel the effects already.

My goals are to become overall fit. By that I mean I would like to drop back to 8-10% BF, be able to run a half marathon by summer and generally not be tired and/or out of breath from normal daily activities.

Thanks and I look forward for all I will learn on here and at the box.
