How often did you workout in the beginning? I'm starting with 3x/week.

As promised - I won my singles Matchplay and we also won the Team Matchplay, feeling a bit tired in the lower back but a chip in birdie to win the hole dulls the pain a great deal.

Had a WoD last night, which consisted of:

10 Burpees
10 Lunges
10m or so Bear Crawl
10 Mountain Climbers
200m Run
10 Tuck Jumps

As many as we could do in 25mins

I managed 5 rounds, next time 6

Tomorrow night more form work....

Hi! I am on my fourth week of CrossFit and I have also gained about 5 pounds. I don't really notice a difference in appearance but I feel a lot better and I am getting through the WOD's easier. 6'1"/230 and I am going 4 times a week. CrossFit is awesome I wish I had started sooner.
