Yeah Reuben, I'm definitely working on getting to bed early. I almost want to set up like cheat days for sleep like people do for food. lol My parents never really taught me the importance of sleep so now at 26 its hard to get to bed at a decent hour. It messes me up because sometimes I can only get to the gym before work at 7am and if I get to bed later than 11pm, I most likely don't make it the next day or work out on little rest. If I truly want to be a competitor I can't live off of 5-6 of sleep.
