Luke,

Some of the "big dawgs" did that one tonight with those weights and slightly scaled for the women and it took most in the 50 minute time frame, let us know how you do...

500m Row - 1:47 I think this is a new PR but I'm not 100% sure

15 Deadlifts 135lbs
15 Squat Cleans 75lbs
15 Thrusters w/ 35lb dumbells
20 Box jumps
15 pullups

5 rounds - 57:46

F! This one was no joke Luke. Its another one that didn't sound too bad on paper. I don't know what I hate more right now, squat cleans or dumbell thrusters.

Luke, we'll have to sneak in extra "ring time" for remedial work. Maybe you have extra long arms so it's a 3 mile pullup and 3 mile dip.

Yeah and that "badonkadonk ghetto booty" of his helps with his squat and deadlift!

Awesome job tonight! Everyone kicked some major butt. Really proud of Jess L., she pushed through the "Big Dog" workout and killed it! John, Mark, Niki, and Viv, you all did great as well.

Newbies, great job with the puppy workout. That was still no joke!

The joy of front squats added to the joy of cleans... I'd better shut up before you guys make me do that ing workout.

This morning was Christine again. I was a bit inspired by the vids on the main site of Andy (post-foot-in-mouth) in competition with Pat. 10:46 for me.
