Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

These sound really tough and therfore really benificial, but I don't know the detailed description of how to perform them.

Can somebody help me out.

Caoch, Just wanted to mention I've been working through the planche progression from your doc. Just starting to make serious gains. It's amazing how hard just 60 seconds of cumulative total work can be.
