Are the workouts of the day in a particular order? In other words, if I do Monday's WOD on Tuesday, Tuesday's WOD on Wednesday, and Wednesday's WOD on Monday would that put a kink in the system? I could do this since I am a few days behind any way.

I would not think it would cause any problems. I was just curious if the week was planned in a certain way to get some sort of extra benefit. The reason I was asking is I am going to be getting some new equipment soon and would want to know if you guys think I should skip some WODs that call for the equipment or should I just improvise.

Sebastian-

If you are following a few days behind you may notice some trends like lite, high rep DL's, a few days later heavy low rep DL's, and finally the metabolic burnout of moderate rep, moderate weight DL's. Workouts are stacked in this way to tinker with multiple training components.

If you are following along most of the time the overall stimulus will be preserved. No worries.
Let us know how things progress!
