Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Would someone mind directing me to an area on the site where I will be able to take a look at the WOD for the past 12 months or so?

I am trying to figure out if this style of training is for me long term. And taking a look at what has been done would greatly help my efforts.

Check the 'Workout Archieves' on the main page, right hand side under the calender. It is a great resource and I have gone through all of them to get a good review of Crossfit.

also, if you look at some of the WODS, you can "sense" some sort of pattern. For example the bench press is done once a month, or sometimes the WODS do a lot of EDT workouts, etc...
