Form Check - Back Squat
I took an extended period of time away from CF due to an injury and some other things going on, so just want to make sure my form is dialed in before getting back into it. I have super long legs compared to my torso so squatting has always been difficult for me, but I've been working on it.

Re: Form Check - Back Squat
On a whole i would say the lift were not that bad.
3 things i think you should look at: 1 - your grip - you need to move those hands in 2 - Feet and Toes - if you have long legs as you say you may need to go a little wider 3 - Feet Flat on The Floor - get rid of the mat under your heels, this is not helping you. https://stronglifts.com/squat/ WFS will give you some good tips Good luck |
