First Day I decided to keep one so here goes nothing....

6:00am
100 pull-ups
100 Push ups
100 Squats
Time: ? ipod dead in the middle

3:00Pm: swimming
10 100 yards drill freestyle 1:30
5 200 yards IM 3:00
five minute swim around 400 yards I think
relay 50's... yeah lol

Missed the openers on the swim workout had to do some work...

15 squats
37 rounds in 20 minutes plus 5 pull ups
(Is that reasonable...?)

Swim meet
:58.1 on 100 yards fly
woot and I had a 26.7 second split

Swim Meet:

59.1 100 fly (arg)

Tuesday:
Josh .... no time but pushed it forgot my watch

I need a rest day....bad but i can't take one because everyday has swim....waiting for this weekend

You have some impressive scores. What was the time on the 21-15-9, 135# clean and pull-ups? You didn't post one.

Yeah I forget my watch a lot...so I'm not quite sure most of the time... all I know is I had a chance to teach someone clean and jerk with progressions from dead lift to clean to push press in less than an hour..

Sunday: Rest Day. I hope I feel better this week than last.
