Thanks to Eva's excellent video on the kipping pullup I can now to three in a row without decomposing into total flailing.

Yeah. That was a VERY informative video.
I need to get out on the playground where I have to jump to the bar so I can practice. On my standard pullup bar my knees barely clear the ground.... (Message edited by forbis316 on October 25, 2005) |

Same here. That little tip to push away from the top really helped me do multiple kips in a row without having to reset and start my swing all over.

Yes, Eva totally broke it down and dropped the science on the kip. I've been doing much better since watching that!
