Hello from Kuwait
Hello everyone just a quick intro my name is Tim and I am a SSgt in the USAF currantly deployed in Kuwait. Myself and a couple of other troops have been Crossfitting for about 90 days now. We are having alot of fun and getting some serious results but my buddy has noticed that during any length of run prescribed for the WOD he gets pain and a lump on the outside of his right leg. It gets very hard and swells slightly, we warm up with the CFWU and get plenty of fluids but this is a constant with him. I have downloaded and article on the pose running method but was hoping someone here had any kind of experience with this. It does not flare up during burpees, swings, or squats so we can work around it but it would be nice to know what it is. The medical staff here is stumped by the way. Any help or advice in the right direction would be very helpful and thank you for your time.
