"Diane" "Isabelle" "Grace"

Was watching the 4 on 1 workout video with Dan Bailey against Crossfit HQ the other day and got inspired by their idea..Thought it would be a great workout so here was the WOD I did today....everybody join in and try! you can do it!

WOD:
For Time: Back to Back to Back RX'd "Diane" "Isabelle" "Grace" in that order

I saw that 4on1 video too. Dan Bailey's performance was epic. He just keeps going, and going and going. King Kong is harder than most crosfitters can handle rx'd and usally hard enough for even the most experienced, but that is just the beginning of the workout for him.

I know insane king kong is close to all my PRs so if I could even do it, it would probably take half an hour....like you said very epic......this one was a lot easier prob because Grace and Isabel are two of your easier girls.. but you should try it it really wasn't to bad pacing your self
