What's the best place to start...the barbell or other certs...or straight to the level 1 certification. Whats the difference between the two. Thanks in advance for any help/advice!!

Re: certs??

Yea, I'd like to know as well.

I'm hoping to become CF certified sooner than later. There's a Basic Barbell cert coming to CFEastside and I don't know if I should go to that or wait until a full cert comes
