Hips rise too fast and your back isn't as tight as it should be at the start. You can see that you're trying to get it tight, but start before you really lock it in.

Think "chest up" while pulling. That might help you from having your butt rise quicker than your shoulders. Lead with your shoulders. I also noticed that the bar was pretty far away from your body and you pulled early. Keep the bar as close to the body as possible. It looked like the second pull (from above the knees) started with the bar away from the body. Early arm bend, since there was no 3rd pull, the hips did not get a chance to open up, propelling the bar upward. Since the weight was light, it can be muscled up rather easily.

Pause the video at the 18 second mark. Look how far out the bar is relative to your hip. It's at least 6 to 9 inches from your hip. Try and run that bar as close to your body as you can and get that bar into your hip crease to drive it up.
