That looked really easy. Keep your head up when you're pulling off the floor. Think about pushing the ground away with your legs and keep your chest up.

A 45 degree angle would be more useful.

^^^ bingo.

Look forward and keep your chest up. Once you do that you'll be able to catch in a full squat instead of catching it high and riding it down because you land too forward.

And that includes keeping your head and chest up on the catch as well. The more upright you can catch, the less stress you put on your shoulder. This is important for lifting more weight as well as the obvious of injury prevention.
