Bent over row technique

Horrible view, but best I could do given busy platforms. Am I doing these right? I rowed in college so the motion is hardly new, just learning to do it for strength instead of endurance.

Honestly hard to tell from this angle except maybe you are craning your neck too much. Side view might be of more help.

Yes, a profile or 3/4 angle would be a bit easier to read. That being said, it LOOKS like you're keeping your back in a neutral extended position which is from a safety perspective the most important part.

As Robert said, try to keep your head neutral, not over extended and finally, I would try to maintain a slightly more active upper back when your elbows are full extended.
