Clean form check

I just started teaching myself the clean. This is my very first time doing it with any weight more than the barbell itself.

Make sure you keep the bar close to your body and finish the second pull. You're almost reverse-curling it from right above your knees.

Biggest thing is the bar needs to come in contact with your thighs past your knees. Not sure if those board shorts are the best thing to wear for that.


Also, ditching the whiny music might help

He means that you should be on your heels. If you can't wiggle your toes then your weight is too far forward.
