SQUAT Light 152#/3 (5) More sets I squatted, the less my hip/back hurt. ??
DEADLIFT HEAVY 5's 135#/5, 155#/5, 170#x1x2 Definite pulling in hip area, starting to almost hurt, strict w/form. I'll have to see. I'd been up to 205# or so. Skipped SLDL/RDL.
Shrug 145#/12, 135#/10 (3)
Left erector pump after that. Got my period (good sign in terms of life stress).

STE 20#/12, 12, 12
Cable Pressdown 50#/10, 10, 10. Then 2 rounds of 50#/10+40#/5+30#/5+20#/5 (drop 20# next time, too light)
ROWER 6 Intervals 20s/120s....
gym needs a reverse hyper or a ghd. Still back/hip issues, still period.

SQUAT HEAVY 3's did 185# BI (before injury)
45#/5 (2), 85#/5, 120#/3, 155#/2
165#, 170#, 175#, 185# got a twinge at 185 so stopped there. Im thinking to not stay loaded for heavy 3/5s yet, but I do 153 for 3's as accessory so I probably could do backoffs of 5. Im concerned about not losing all my strength.
Powerclean NFNH (No feet no hook) 88#/2, 88#/2, 93#/2 (2)
Powerclean 98#/2, 103#, 108#, 113#, 118#, 123# all odd wts bc forgot my 1#s. Slow today but no misses.
Lat Pulldown 80#/10 (3 sets)
Pullup gravitron 11 - 5. ? prefatigue?

OHP Light 73#/3 (5) great bar speed
BENCHPRESS HEAVY TRIPLES Reset bench; whether or not it was a mistake it's done. was up to 112/3 and crapped out at 113/2.
108#/3 (3) fast and fairly easy
Incline Benchpress
65#/10, 70#/10, 75#/9
at Old Fc-uk's Gym (home) back extensions with no weight.
Kind of a crappy rainy humid & hot day, unusual for October. SI joint/back issue & still menstrual syndrome; tired - BP is 123/63.

HEAVY DEADLIFT Using the 5 step setup is when I got my muscle pull or whatever it is. It still hurts. So Clean deadlifts today :-(

RDL 135#/5 (3) strange this did not hurt
Shrug 145#/10 (2)
OCD brain needs to stop thinking im going to hurt myself while training - psyching myself out.

HEAVY DEADLIFT SINGLES 133#/5, 154#/5, 170#/3 185#/2 192 or 195# 200# 209#/210# Went right up. I dont think Im too weak. I think Im wary. My back didnt snap. Skipped SLDL/RDL/shrug to be conservative.
Felt the same today; its still is sore but whatevs. Moving on.

Pressdowns 50#/10, 50#+40#+30#+20#/5 ea, 40#+30#+20#/5 ea, (2 sets). My arms/upper body felt huge after this, but were still the usual size!!
