YES!!! I got two pull-ups, and a PR on deadlifts...2 and half reps (the half rep I had to drop as I lost my grip :-( ) at 305#, and that was after warming up with several reps of 225#...oh, and I've lost 25 lbs!! :banana:

just a quick update, I did 10 pull-ups the other day...that's an increase of 8 in 2 weeks. :banana:
