Have to mention I achieved a new PR on Fran today--6:57 seconds w/ 99 pounds (45 kg). Also did my first muscle-up last week. Started xfit in JUN 2006 so I have paid some dues to get there. Good thing the current security environment in Iraq gives us enough time to workout these days.
