Wooo!

Thought I would share-

Just pulled a new PR on dead's a bit ago--> 406lbs!
My collars are 2.5kg a piece, so they add 11 lbs heh, that's why its an odd number.

The other great thing is that I had every plate I own on the bar, time to go shopping!

Awesome. Did you use the Rip technique or the Dave Tate technique?

Rip's method. I oly lifted in college and so I've always had the mindset that a dead lift is just a clean pull :P
