I was playing around tonight on my parallets and something new happened. I went from a L-sit rotated under without my feet touching and up to a hand stand. Not just once but three times and now I have something new I can work on. Totally shocked me.

Once again thanks Coach, could never have done this without your help.

Congrats! I have been trying to do that for a while now. I can get all the way up(usually), but when I get there I just topple over. Have to work on my balance. :proud:

Michael,

Congrats on the press handstand!!

Now start trying to do the press with straight arms. When you start in the L, push down on the bars while lifting your legs towards your torso, then lift your hips behind you. DO NOT lift your heels. Lift your hips... I repeat lift your hips. Keeping your pike compressed as much as possible is key to making the press handstand efficient.

Also work the negatives. Try to do handstand lower to L in a controlled manner. In this case keep your hips high as you lower your toes then control the lower to L.
